Quick search searches party names and the catchwords of the judgments.
There are various ways you can search
- To search for a phrase enclose the phrase in "double quotation" marks. The phrase will be looked for in the main body of the judgment. Each of the words will need to appear in the catchwords or parties.
- Words are not case-sensitive. Small words (such as "the","to","of" etc) are ignored unless they are part of a phrase.
- Type in a party's name. If the name you typed is a party, these cases will be found.
- Typing in catchwords will find cases where these catchwords appear. All the words you type must appear.
- Two catchwords (or multiple phrases and catchwords) can be searched for together e.g. "industrial law" repudiation.
- Clicking on "show more options" will give you more search options e.g. full-text or searching over a date range.
