There are various ways you can search

• To search for a phrase enclose the phrase in "double quotation" marks. The phrase will be looked for in the main body of the judgment and those judgements will be returned closer to the top of the list.
• Words are not case-sensitive. Small words (such as "the","to","of" etc) are ignored unless they are part of a phrase.
• Type in a party's name. If the name you typed is a party, these cases will be found.
• Clicking on "show more options" will give you more search options e.g. full-text or searching over a date range.
